Carly focuses her practice on defending correctional medicine physicians and mid-level practitioners in civil rights and medical malpractice cases, practicing in both federal and state court. She also has experience in a variety of other types of litigation – including employment discrimination and business litigation. She enjoys assisting clients with whatever legal challenges they may be facing and is diligent in working toward the best solution for their needs – no matter how difficult or unique their situations may be. Carly’s skills include the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish. In her spare time, Carly enjoys boating, gastropubs, memoirs, travel, Dining for Women, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
