Chapman Law Group filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of three nurses and a P.A., against the Michigan Health Professional Recovery Program (HPRP) and the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) for forcing health professionals into unnecessary substance abuse treatment and suspending their licenses for failure to comply.
